I see so many agencies who are selling time, and worse yet, selling hours against a hard cap.  That&#039;s heads I win, tails you lose! If you are the expert at this, you should be able to establish a value for what you do.

How many marketing agencies will fight with a client to convince them to take positioning that is unique and ownable, but haven&#039;t done the same for themselves?  It&#039;s endemic.</description>
